“Set within an established suburb, Como Terrace draws inspiration from the rich and layered history of its locality. The Art Deco architectural style of historical buildings such as the Cygnet Theatre and Raffles Hotel provided cues which we reinterpreted into our building design. The essence of Como’s leafy streets is captured by synthesising the building’s form with open courtyards and gardens. The interiors of the homes are luxuriously spaced with degrees of amenity to meet the needs of various lifestyles. Our townhouses deliver homes that reflect the history of the suburb, whilst also providing a contemporary setting for residents to grow and age in place.”
